Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dried English mustard
What we usually do is we use strips of chicken breast or pork fillets and marinade in the BBQ sauce for a couple of hours (at least) before grilling or BBQing. You can use the marinade to baste the meat while cooking.
